For nearly 30 years, Hammerskil Homes has designed, built, and remodeled custom homes throughout Northern Colorado. Owned and operated by Jerry Hanley, Hammerskil Homes is a proud family business. Starting in the construction business as a framer, Jerry learned the intimate details of the building process on his way to becoming a general contractor. First specializing in home remodels, Jerry and company soon began to add custom home building to their skill set.

With decades of experience already under our belts, we continue to learn innovative techniques to home building and remodeling. This passion for innovation is manifested in the form of green building practices and solar designs which now are staples for many of our projects. By blending sustainable building practices with experience and a passion for building, we craft healthy, beautiful homes that marry design, layout, and functionality.
