Design/Build Budgets and Costs
In addition to carefully crafted work, Hammerskil Homes prides ourselves on keeping your project on budget. At the onset of the project, a Hammerskil designer will with you to review a detailed checklist to determine your unique desires, punctuated by a full list of functional qualities and finishes for your home. Websites, magazines, books, and other sources are all used as inspiration to solidify your preferences and how your budget can be best allocated. And before any on-site work has begun, a ⅛ inch scale floor plan is created to give you a sense of your home to approve before the actual work begins.
